Fábio Coentrão wants to go to Real Madrid
Fábio Coentrão, currently in Benfica, and player of the portuguese NT, stated this morning his wish to move to Real Madrid, adding: "I also wish it to be a good deal for Benfica". After many rumors and speculation about which club would he go to, Coentrão stated firmly: "I won't leave for any club except Real."

Fábio says: "It's common knowledge there's interest from Real in signing me, and obviously I also have a great interest in playing for Real. I play in a great club, Benfica, and I'm not leaving for any club unless it's Real, because Real, well Real of course I'll go, I mean, the best manager in the world, the best player in the world, I have to go there."
It seems someone asked him about the risk of being a benchwarmer and he answers: "All I want is to sign for Real, and after whatever will be, will be. I just want to be another one to help Real. Everybody knows they have a great player there, Marcelo, but I can't be afraid, I go there and work with humbleness and, after I sign with Real, well, if it happens I can only do my best to play, obviously."
Asked about the money figures floating around about his transfer: " That doesn't concern me, it's not my call, but like I've been saying, I want it to be a good deal for Benfica, I think Benfica deserves it, I've played two excellent seasons for Benfica and whoever wants to take me, of course Benfica must profit from it, I won't forget what Benfica has done for me, and I'll remember it for the rest of my life."
