This is important.

As you have probably heard, Sky Sports presenters Andy Gray and Richard Keys were recorded making disparaging and completely sexist remarks about linesman Sian Massey and her ability to perform her job during yesterday's game between Liverpool and Wolves.

Although they believed that their microphones were switched off, this is absolutely no excuse.

Sky Sports is viewed by millions. Those remarks were made by two people who, for better or for worse, are watched and listened to by millions.

Sexism is already a huge problem in this sport, without Keys' and Gray's pearls of wisdom serving to reinforce tiresome stereotypes about women and football.

This, sadly, hasn't received all that much attention in the media as of yet. I think it's incredibly important that we let Sky know that this is unacceptable.

There are two ways to do that. You can do one of them, or you can do both. Just do something.

Firstly, you can fill in this form:
www.skysports.com/contactus

Secondly, you can complain to Ofcom:
