Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Na Samir Nasri sends Arsenal to the top!

Arsenal 2-1 Fulham

Samir Nasri struck two goals of rare quality as Arsenal went top of the Premier League table with a 2-1 win over Fulham on Saturday.

Fourteen minutes from the start, he left two defenders on their backsides before thumping home from close range.

Diomansy Kamara equalised after Laurent Koscielny had been left dazed from an accidental collision with team-mate Sebastien Squillaci.

Fifteen minutes from the end, Nasri bustled into the area, rounded one defender and then the keeper before hooking the ball home.

a little question for you guys.

I have a report to make for school about what makes someone an idol or a hero in people's eyes.

Fontanarrosa wrote in Lo que se dice de un ídolo... (What's said about an idol) the story of a player who was decent and always honest to the club, and who only became a true hero to the fans the day he punched a rival in the face.

So for you, what makes a player (eta: or manager or anyone related to the sport) stand out from the rest, what turns him into someone important? The love for the team he plays in, the hate for their rivals? Number of goals scored, games played, tackles/saves made? Hotness and lacious curls?

Here are mine:

Ángel Labruna

· #1 scorer of all times in River (and in argentinean football) with 293 goals
· Part of the greatest attacking line-up of all times in argentinean football, "The Machine" (Muñoz, Moreno, Pedernera, Labruna, Lousteau)
· #1 anti-Boca: top scorer in superclásicos (16 goals), he entered the Bombonera covering his nose for the bad smell ;) and he won 2 titles and gave the vuelta olímpica in their stadium
· When he left, the team went into a negative streak of 18 years without titles. He returned as coach, and the first thing he said was "I'm here to win the championship", and he did: Metropolitano '75
· He won 9 titles as player and 6 as coach
· When coaching Racing, he forced the goalkeeper of his team, Ubaldo Fillol, to go try out with River (who'd wanted to buy him and Fillol had refused): "If you don't go to River tomorrow, I'll beat you up."
· His birthday is now the Official Day of River Fans (September 28th).

don't worry about too elaborate answers, just as long as they're honest! and this is also for fun :)
