The 2010-11 Premier League season will see top flight clubs forced to comply with rules over the size and make-up of their squads.

The Premier League says the new rules are designed to increase the number of young 'home-grown' players in the Premier League, with a long-term aim of giving more options to the England manager.

But what will they actually mean in practice. BBC Sport explains the key points of the new system:

Hi everyone,
I thought that you're probably ready for a Galatasaray 101 post after Turkish Super Lig 101.
So let's start.

name (Galata Palace)  comes from Galata, which is a mediavel Genoise citadel in Haliç  (Golden Horn), also known as Pera. Galatasaray sports club founded by Galatasaray high school(founded in 1481) students, who include Club’s first president Ali Sami Yen, in October 1st 1905.

Our aim is to play together, to have a color and a name, and to beat the teams of outside of Turkey.”

Galatasaray is one of the most  successful football club in Turkey, holding a record number Turkish titles and TSYD Cups. Won the UEFA Cup (undefeated)  and the UEFA Super Cup in 2000, and  is the only Turkish football team to have won a major European trophy. Famous for its football section but, has volleyball (both for men and women), basketball (both for men and women), wheelchair basketball, athletics, bridge, equestrian, judo, rowing, sailing, SL Formula, swimming, water polo sections.

Galatasaray, also known as The Lions, The red-yellows, Gala and Cimbom. (Cimbom is mostly used by the fans and Gala is mostly used in Europe.) .

Liga Cup Germany

Okay, i hope this hasn't been posted but I checked and it didn't look like it so here is the schedule for the upcoming Liga Cup

Liverpool agreee fee for left back Luke Young

 Liverpool have agreed a fee of £2.5 million with Aston Villa for defender Luke Young. The former England international is mulling over the move ahead of Villa's pre-season trip to Portugal.

Luke Young played 14 games for Villa last season.

Young, who has been deployed as a left-back for Villa, would seemingly fulfill a similar role at Anfield as Glen Johnson is currently first-choice on the other side of defence with academy graduates Martin Kelly and Stephen Darby able to provide adequate back-up.
