JT my bb <3

Yes, Frankie is a

But shes hot though.

Frank Lampard scored a hat-trick on Saturday - but only twice on the football pitch.

The Chelsea midfielder was spotted getting 'very close' to Christine Bleakley of BBC's the One Show at Amika nightclub in London.

A club source said: 'Frank and Christine arrived with a group of people from Strictly Come Dancing, including Zoe Lucker and Joe Calzaghe and the dancers Aliona Vilani and Nicole Cutler.

They all sat together at a table in the VIP area, with Frank next to Christine.

'He looked smitten. I didn't see them kissing, but they were flirting and looked really into each other.'

Earlier that day Lampard, 31, scored two goals in Chelsea's 5-0 victory over Blackburn

Rovers, before going on to join the audience for Strictly Come Dancing - where Christine was a contestant last year.

The source added: 'Frank was being the man in the club - he bought at least three bottles of champagne for the group, even though he was barely drinking himself.

'There were some outrageous dance moves being pulled, and Frank looked on as Christine showed off the moves she learnt on last year's show, but didn't get too involved himself.

'Most of the group stayed for a lock-in until 4.30am, but I'm not sure if Frank and Christine left in the same car.'

Bleakley, 29, was reportedly first wooed by Lampard last month at the Pride Of Britain awards.

She broke off her engagement to leisure entrepreneur Mark Beirne, 35, in January and Mr Beirne reportedly blamed Adrian Chiles, 42, Bleakley's co-host on The One Show, for the split.

Both Bleakley and Chiles have denied any romantic involvement.

Lampard has been single since ending his engagement to Elen Rives in November.

No spitting please, we may have swine flu.

Health agency tells footballers: stop spitting or risk spreading swine flu

Footballers have been warned that spitting could increase the risk of spreading swine flu as two Premier League clubs deal with players being struck down by the virus.

The Health Protection Agency said the "disgusting" habit – a common sight at many matches – could lead to infections being passed on. Blackburn and Bolton both have a number of players showing signs of the virus ahead of their Carling Cup matches this week.

The HPA said spitting should be discouraged by football clubs as experts attempt to halt the spread of the infection.

"Spitting is disgusting at all times. It's unhygienic and unhealthy, particularly if you spit close to other people," said an HPA spokesman. "Footballers, like the rest of us, wouldn't spit indoors so they shouldn't do it on the football pitch.

"If they are spitting near other people it could certainly increase the risk of passing on infections. Spitting is a nasty habit that should be discouraged – and it should be discouraged by the clubs. It's about setting examples for young people who idolise footballers."

The spokesman added that footballers should follow the same guidelines as other members of the public by washing their hands, covering their mouth when sneezing and disposing of used tissues. "The advice is catch it, bin it, kill it," he said.

The Football Association and Premier League said they were following guidance from health experts in handling the issue. "As ever, when it comes to health matters the Premier League will be guided by the relevant statutory authorities," said a Premier League spokesman.

Bloody hell, serious stuff.

Major Spanish Cupset

Real Madrid suffered an astonishing 4-0 defeat at third-tier side Alcorcon in the King's Cup on Tuesday, humiliated in the first leg by a club with a budget more than 400 times smaller than the La Liga giants. The Madrid players were stunned by a first-half blitz from the minnows.

Real were missing their two most expensive signings, Cristiano Ronaldo and Kaka, as well as several other key players, but were undone by a club with a €1.1 million ($1.6 million) annual budget compared to Real's €420 million.

It was the third defeat in five matches for Manuel Pellegrini's side and piled more pressure on the Chilean coach after Saturday's 0-0 draw at Sporting Gijon and last week's 3-2 home defeat to AC Milan in the Champions League.  A fired-up Alcorcon, who play in the same league as Real's youth team Castilla, laid siege to the visitors' goal in the frantic early stages, forcing Jerzy Dudek into a couple of smart saves with shots from distance.

Former Real youth player Borja Gomez gave Alcorcon a shock lead in the 16th minute when he cut in from the right and curled a precise shot into the bottom left corner.

Spain defender Alvaro Arbeloa inexplicably clipped the ball into his own net six minutes later before Fernando Bejar headed against Dudek's leftpost.

Ernesto Gomez made it three five minutes before the break, sidefooting home Diego Cascon's cross from the right, and Borja pounced on a loose ball to make it four in the 52nd minute.

Pellegrini replaced Raul with Ruud van Nistelrooy with just under 20 minutes left as Real searched desperately for a goal. Alcorcon keeper Juanma palmed the Dutchman's shot on to a post with four minutes remaining but Real were unable to find a goal ahead of the the second leg at the Bernabeu in two weeks.

Madrid's neighbours Atletico, under new coach Quique Sanchez Flores for the first time, fared much better with a 2-0 win at Marbella thanks to Troyana's own goal and a late strike from Maxi Rodriguez.

Luis Fabiano and Jesus Navas each bagged a brace as Sevilla won 4-2 at Ciudad de Lorqui, while Recreativo Huelva and Sporting Gijon played to a 1-1 draw.

Sorry Madrid girls- did any of you watch the game?  What happened?

Edit- someone's set up a website about the match, including highlights:

Eto'O, Iker, C.Rronaldo and Becks

I can't believe I make this post, but at least maybe you'll like it more than me!

Soccer coach orders players to lock lips

SARAJEVO, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Oct. 16 (UPI) -- The head coach of Bosnia-Herzegovina's national soccer team said he is boosting team unity by having players kiss one another on the lips.

Miroslav Ciro Blazevic wrote in a column on a Croatian news Web site that team bonding is an important part of his World Cup victory strategy, The Daily Telegraph reported Friday.

"I take two of my players and tell them, 'Love him! Kiss him!' and he kisses him," Blazevic wrote. "I tell them they have to kiss each other straight to the lips."

"The secret of my success is in a unity of a squad. You can't do anything without an atmosphere in a team," the coach wrote.
