rosenborg love

No gay Fenerbahçe pics this time, I post only because I'm bored... and a little drunk. And a combination of being drunk + Rosenborg TV online = FAIL

Why? because you could find in the videos a cute sweden baby called Mikael Lustig doing this:

WTF!! yeah, in a paint ball war the precious Per Ciljan Skjelbred hit him, but... there are not need to show us the paint mark. or yes? XD!

And now, a pic of Nicklas Bendtner in "bulgemaster" mode.

After this I need to sleep, hail!

Rafa Benitez labelled his side's 4-0 thrashing of Blackburn 'the perfect response' to their midweek defeat to Chelsea.
The whole country was waiting to see if Liverpool could pick themselves up from their Champions League disappointment - and they responded in style thanks to goals from Fernando Torres (2), Daniel Agger and David Ngog.

Benitez told his post-match press conference: "To play a good game, score goals and not concede - it was the perfect response by the players.

"It could have been even better because we had really clear chances, but I'm really pleased.

"You always need your key players and Fernando was very important here - the first goals opened the game."

The result elevated Liverpool above Manchester United ahead of their game in Sunderland.

Benitez added: "Clearly they are under pressure. Alex Ferguson is always talking, which shows they are under pressure. I know he's nervous, so it's good."

Torres' second goal came from a set piece. Asked if the failure of Blackburn's man marking was the ideal riposte to critics of zonal defending, Benitez added: "The statistics can be presented in many ways but I think they (Blackburn) have conceded 10 from set pieces with man to man. For us, it (zonal marking) has been good for the last five years."

Benitez admitted his delight after his side added two late goals to increase Liverpool's superior goal difference.

"Hopefully it will be vital," he said. "We were trying to score goals because we know anything can happen."

Liverpool did not have to use skipper Steven Gerrard, who was named on the bench after his adductor injury.

On whether he will be fit for Tuesday's trip to Stamford Bridge, Benitez added: "The risk was there but he's got more chances now. The physio will work with him, so hopefully he'll be there."

Villarreal will be without midfielder Marcos Senna for its Champions League match against Arsenal after the Spain international injured his left leg in the 2-0 loss to Malaga in the Spanish league on Saturday. (source)
This is a major blow for Villarreal. He was arguably the most threatening player last week against Arsenal, scoring the STUNNING opening goal but now he will miss the second leg. Villarreal's midfield will be without both Santi and Senna when they travel to London Wednesday. Ayayay...

Last Wednesday, a stupid ref by the name of Howard Webb gave Messi a yellow card for apparently "diving" in front of goal. To many, Messi was clearly fouled and deserved a penalty kick, but silly willy Howard Webb happens to be a referee in the Premier League and booked him for going down. UEFA has rejected Barca's appeal over Messi, and Pep will receive a one match sideline ban for losing his cool with the ref. Don't understand the outrage? Here's a video recapping the incident:

Diarra said: "I have the impression that I never played at Arsenal. If you hadn't reminded me of it, I would have forgotten about it. It is something erased from my head."

Asked about any influence Wenger had on him, Diarra said: "Me? Nothing. With Wenger I learnt nothing. Well, he only taught me how to doubt everything.

"I played 15 matches. The relationship I had with him was not good.
"Wenger never spoke to me until I told him I was leaving. He spoke with the others but not me." (source)
Looks like it was a rough break up. Don't worry, another (ex) North London coach has him under his wing now :)

Awwwwwww! Papa Becks and his babies

Photobucket Papa Becks and his 3 sons, Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz were reunited this week in Milan. Here are some pics of the boys playing football with Daddy at the AC Milan training ground and also going to the park with their Uncle Christian. Some are a little fuzzy sorry.

Brooklyn is supposed to be very good at football, well ahead of his age-group, and some insiders have said he might seriously follow in his father's footie-steps but as he is 10, I think it's a little early for such forecasts and any pressure... and I think he should just enjoy himself! They look like they sure are :)
