The agent of Werder Bremen midfielder Mezut Ozil has refused to comment on speculation linking the starlet with moves to Arsenal and Sevilla.
The 21-year-old has made 48 league appearances for Bremen since joining from Schalke in 2008, netting seven goals.
Ozil, who has Turkish heritage, has made five appearances for the German national team, having already represented his country at both U19 and U21 level.
And he was part of the squad that beat England 4-0 in the final of the U21 European Championships in Sweden this summer.
As a result, Ozil has been tipped to complete a big-money move to the Emirates Stadium to continue his development under Arsene Wenger, with Spanish high-fliers Sevilla also believed to be interested.
But although the player's agent, Reza Fazeli, admitted that he was aware of the rumours surrounding Ozil's future, he would not be drawn on whether there was any truth in them.
"I have heard about interest from Arsenal and Sevilla in Mesut," he said.
"But I clearly do not want to make any further comment on these rumours."
Basically a news about no news. I hope he goes to Arsenal. He's very talented and would be a good addition to the the gunners.
