The Thyssen-Bornemisza museum in Madrid is decorating a new line of condoms with images from its Tears of Eros art collection.
And among the pics poised for extra exposure on the art house's rubber contraceptives is Sam Taylor-Wood's depiction of a sleeping Becks, which originally went on display at London's National Portrait Gallery in 2004.
Baroness Thyssen, who founded the Madrid museum, has been quick to quash the negative reaction to having Becks' portrait printed on condoms.
She said: "I don't see why anyone should be scandalised.
"It is a way of bringing art and responsibility together."
