TRES This is an article from the Armenian news site, translated by yours truly: An interesting event happened today during Spain's open training at the Republican stadium at 19:00. The training finished with a friendly practice game between the players, which through the entire time, the Armenian football fans were warmly welcoming with shouts of appreciation and embracing every move of the Spanish players while they trained. During the practice game, the east tribune of the stadium suddenly became full of eager fans hoping to observe the players from an even closer than normally allowed (the east tribune is extremely close to the grass bit where the team trained). Security officials simply could not stop the surge of fans coming through, and were forced the resort to simply trying to surround the football fans and letting them watch the Spaniards train from on the pitch. At the end of the game, after the warm gesture of welcome was noticed by the grinning Spaniards, goalkeeper Iker Casillas threw his shirt into tribune, all to the ecstasy of the eager fans. Note by Mariam: Apparently Iker got the biggest welcome from the girls (runner up was, unsurprisngly Fernando Torres) , as during the training, shouts could be heard from the female fans in the tribunes, of attempted proposals of love in their broken Spanish. Also, I saw them training on TV (cant find in on YouTube though! And I did hear lots of fans screaming and yaying around like they were watching a real footie game. I'm so happy, I hope La Roja go home with a good impression of us =D And the men? You saw it: Security trying to keep the Armenian fans from flooding the tribune closest to the pitch. And just to finish off, a picture of Armenia's defender Robert Arzumanyan very a la Crispi: </div></span>
